Create a removal order for inactive (Blocked )Listing

Hi,

I’m looking for some guidance and if anyone has been through this.
I created a listing which Amazon approved straight away. Now the listing has been inactive (blocked). I cant seem to create a removal order (the boxes are grey out) as I would like the stuff sent back to myself (I have no interest in selling this item on amazon now) . I have contacted Amazon numerous of times now and keep being told to speak to seller support which I have and no one seems to be giving me an answer. I would be grateful if you could share your experience.

I am registered as a business, but I believe not authorised to sell that product which is fine. Just annoying, obviously if amazon didn’t approve it straight away I wouldn’t sell it. I just want the stuff to be sent back to me.

Okay, just checked I can’t seem to create a file upload.

Is it blocked for being potentially counterfeit or because of not having safety test documents?
