VTR - What am I missing?

I have two hits on my VTR report. Both tracking codes are valid (Evri) and were auto input by P2Gs Smart Send - same as hundreds, if not many hundreds of orders the past few months without any problems.

  1. First one - code is correct. Item was delivered the day before it was first due (ETA From Fri 25th Nov - delivered Thu 24th Nov).
  2. Second was a couple of days late (order was end Nov/start Dec), so no real surprise there.

But before I reach out to the dreaded SS, anyone any idea why these are seen as not valid codes? I’ve checked and double checked and triple checked the codes are right, formatted right, etc.

I see that they’ve not had a scan - according to the report - even though they were scanned at the Parcel Shop. So I’m guessing it’s that. Just noticed it. But Evri is showing as delivered with dates, times, etc. So :thinking:

We seem to be having a similar problem with Hermes/Evri and VTR. Our VTR has been consistently 99% - 100% since it first started so it hasn’t been something we have had to worry about.

We send Royal Mail for SFP and Hermes/Evri for non-Prime orders. I noticed yesterday our VTR has dropped to 94%. Downloaded the defect report 330 orders:

‘Carrier Name: non-integrated carrier’
‘Has Valid Tracking Number: NO’
‘Has Tracking ID: YES’
‘Any Physical Scan From Carrier - NO’
‘Delivery Scan/Attempt - NO’

I’m starting to wonder if we might need our Hermes account integrated into Amazon like our RM account is. We looked at it when they first started allowing Hermes accounts to be integrated to Amazon but we had to pay Amazons set rates, the Hermes integration didn’t use our negotiated rates the same way RM does.

Something seems to definitely have changed though.

I been using Evri via eBay’s Packlink for all my Amazon orders since late November.

I’ve just checked my VTR report. I’m still only showing 84%, but all of the offenders are RM24 or 48 sent between 4-24 Nov which RM have not scanned on delivery. There are no Evri ones on there, as I would expect.

And just received the email warning from Amazon.

Sounds like they know there is an issue. Mind, I only gave them the 1st order in the report. Will they be wise enough to understand the other 10 are an issue too. Place yer bets now!

So, I happened to notice tat my VTR has dropped to just over 95% despite shipping all the items on time and providing a valid tracking number (all items are sent via Evri or Yodel).

I downloaded the VTR report and I can see the offending order, The strange thing is that, it has a tracking number and it has also been delivered on time! See the screenshot below. In column I , ‘has valid tracking number’ the value is ‘no’

Any idea what could be going on here?

Have you previously done orders with Evri Drop Off and Evri Parcelshop as the selected options which worked ok?
