Urgent Assistance Required: Seeking Guidance on ASIN Appeal - Request for Assistance Regarding Incorrect Product Removal Due to Misclassification
I am reaching out to seek guidance and assistance regarding an issue that has resulted in the removal of my product (B0DSKXPQWC).
"This product has been identified as a vaccine or is a product that makes claims to imitate the effects of a vaccine. Amazon policy prohibits the listing or sale on Amazon.com of vaccines or products that make claims to imitate the effects of vaccines."
Unfortunately, my item was incorrectly classified as a vaccine or related product, which led to its removal from the marketplace. Despite multiple attempts to refresh my product details and requesting help from customer service, my product has yet to be reinstated, and I am still waiting for a resolution.
I have already submitted several requests for clarification and attempted to resolve the issue by updating the product details to ensure full compliance with Amazon’s policies. However, the problem persists, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of resolution. Furthermore, the inventory has already been shipped to Amazon's fulfillment center, adding to my concerns.
I would greatly appreciate it if any of you could share your experiences or advice on how to handle this situation effectively. If anyone has faced a similar issue and successfully resolved it, your insights would be invaluable.

.... because you incorrectly said so in your listing description! The bot doesn't know your product, it just knows your description. And based on YOUR words it identifies your product as beeing for weight loss, for hair growth, for lightening the skin or for ..... acting like a vaccine.
Now, your ACTUAL listing can NOT be edited according to what I read here again and again. You have to create a removal order and send back all to you. In the meantime you create a new listing for this YOUR branded products, avoiding such false statements. Wait 2-3 weeks to see if it "goes through". When you receive the first products (that will happen in batches and take some weeks) you put the NEW FNSKU of your NEW listing on the products and send in again.
No, you won't find a way to EDIT OR UPDATE your actual listing. Google also for "Amazon restricted keywords" to avoid in your listing all these forbidden words alerting the bots.

Hi there @Seller_iaQFFzpYZ5JNr,
I would recommend you review the help page on Prohibited product claims as you attempt to appeal this product. It may not be possible for your product to be reinstated. You can learn more about creating removal orders on the Required removals help page. Thank you for your understanding.
