Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation - Late Dispatch Rate - Amazon calculating dispatch date incorrectly

Your Late Dispatch Rate is 5.31%; the target is 4%.

WHY? All our listings have a handling days of +2days.

This seems to affect only the same listings, so when orders placed by the customer these particular listings are placed , amazon incorrectly calculates that it must ship by the following day (+1 day) instead of + 2days.

I have raised a support case, attached the spreadsheet detailing affected orders and in very simple English described the issue.

Its incredible that despite the issue being simple and very obvious with provided order evidence, Amazon support yet again failed to understand the issue and have merely stated that it is because I dispatched late !

Not sure where to go from here ( apart from reraise the issue and hop on the merry go round again ) - anybody else have experience of this and a solution ? Maybe the forum Admins can assist ?

thing is if it tells you a ship by date and you ship after that it’s late.

Have you checked the sku level handling time in manage inventory isn’t actually set as 1 on the affected lines?
