Parcelshop won't accept my Evri shipments

I am so confused.

Selected “Evri Standard” as a shipping option today - went to drop it off at an Evri parcelshop and they wouldn’t accept it at the counter.

Confused, I thought that this was because I didn’t select “Evri Dropoff” when I selecting the shipping. So I cancelled the first label and regenerated.

However, the same thing just happened - the error on the device screen says “xxx is not permitted for ParcelShop drop off”

I don’t get it. There is literally no way of even sending an email to Evri via their website and the chat function is just a bot that won’t allow me to chat with a human. There is no information on their website about Amazon collections and there no information about the process either when you select the shipping option. Sorry what a joke! I will just cancel and switch to Royal Mail.
