Account locked out

I am having huge problems with my seller account and no one from Amazon seems to be able to help. I was fully registered in the UK, and have been making sales until a few hours ago. I changed my legal entity from sole trader to LTD company and attempted to change this on my account. It immediately locked me out, whenever I try to log in now I keep getting an error message: Invalid Charge Method You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account. But it does not allow me to go any further. I have tried to speak to live chat who didn't seem to understand and told me it's because I haven't completed registration. Does anyone have any ideas?
