Customers returning expensive orders with Evri instead of Royal Mail! How can we disable this?

Hi

Our average order value is £100 and Amazon is providing Evri labels to return, instead of Royal Mail.

How can we make the returns exempt to Evri and only provide Royal Mail labels? As there are just too many losses and the compensation amount is not sufficient at just £20

Thank you

You can't stop which label is provided - however, you can choose to remove yourself from the Prepaid Return Label System entirely.

Just ask Seller Support.

Do note if you do this, you would then need to manually approve all return requests and if required, provide a prepaid return label by yourself.

You can also exempt items over £100 but remain in the prepaid return label system for anything under £100.
