Issues with brand registry

We have had issues for almost 2 weeks with brand registry on Amazon, for a brand that we have a trademark with USPTO filed for, many months ago.

Initially, the rejection may have been because our account got de-activated due to inactivity (new seller, hoping to start our first product soon). However, we quickly resolved that, and any other potential causes for rejection based on their generic rejection email. Since then, we have tried multiple times to either register our brand again, or get support from Amazon regarding the same. All we have gotten are the same generic rejection emails. Tried contacting Amazon Seller support on the phone, and after a long discussion, they said the only way forward is to email Brand Registry support (which we have already done 3 times).

I wanted to know if anyone else had similar experience with Amazon Brand Registry, and if they had tips on how to solve the issue. We have our supplier waiting for mass production for 2 weeks now, pending Brand Registry approval.

I just took a look into your appeal case. Based on the response the enrollment team gave you, your application was rejected for one or more of the bullet pointed reasons in that case. Your application will remain in an "under review" state until that non-compliant aspect is resolved and you will not be able to reapply.

I recommend cross referencing your account and/or brand with those bullet points to see what can be addressed. I unfortunately don't have any further information about their decision as they do not share this outside of their own team.
