Of course you will need some sort of documentation for it, if you are creating that drink.

It has to be compliant with Health and Safety and the various laws surrounding food type products. I would suggest that you look up food compliance.

If however you are just talking about buying something like Coke and selling it, then probably not. As long as you are approved for the relevant category.

No, you shouldn't require any specific documentation for a soft drink, unless it contains the likes of CBD. You should include nutritionals on your listing of course, along with ingredients, however you can share these with prospective customers via images if you prefer. Our Company is a producer and seller of soft drinks in the UK & overseas, and we sell some of them on this platform. We produce in a facility that is accredited to BRC AA Global Standard in Food Safety, but such documentation is not required to set up a listing on Amazon UK.

Hope our post helps. It isn't guess work, it's fact, and based on real life experience. No doubt you will be familiar with industry requirements, but that is a separate matter and not related to your question "Do I need to have documentation to sell a non alcoholic drink on amazon?".

The answer is no, if it is a soft drink or a hot beverage. We have everything from PC tests, specifications, pasteurisation methods, you name it, for both ingredients and finished product. None of that has been requested when we have sold our soft drinks on this platform, and we have sold at least 4 of our drinks brands on here in the past 8 years, most recent launch being Nov 23.
