I can't get supplier invoice documentation
I was scammed by a third-party management company (Ecom Partners Inc. who then passed me off to The HG Academy) who handled everything for my store (stupid decision on my part). They have since disappeared and won't answer communication. All I have is the inventory invoices they gave me. My store has been deactivated by Amazon and I keep being told to "submit the documentation from the supplier to reactivate the account." But I can't get that documentation and have no way to get it. I don't even know who the initial supplier was. They handled all brand approvals too (supposedly). What am I supposed to do? I just want to close this store permanently but Amazon won't do that until it's re-activated. They won't re-activate the store until they get supplier documentation, which I can't get ever. So how do I close this store?

The simple (but painful) answer is YOU CAN'T! At least not until you get documents.
The even more painful part is that even if you COULD close the account you will never be able (in theory) to open another account on here.
Sad to say but this is a classic example of what AA calls 'a softer, easier way' as a method for selling on Amazon (and any other sites).
Those methods seldom work as intended.
