Amazon.fr is not allowing buyer to complete their order.
Since the BREXIT, sales on Amazon.fr have gradually died. Amazon is not allowing buyers to complete orders. Some of the potential buyers had requested to know why they received the error message, ''the seller shipping to your location''
All my 700+ listings are active. I have already given up talking to {SS} Amazon about this issue. They have said things like, ''Your listings are active, there is no problem we can see, please contact the buyer''. ''Sellers outside the EU no longer sell directly to the French buyer from outside the EU.
Regardless of the statements above, I have continuously sold one or more items per month on Amazon.fr. Based on the fact some buyers can still buy from the marketplace, the issue has to do with Amazon. I am France VAT and EPR registered.
Please share any experience if you have one.

Can't seem to see any issues with your listings on Amazon.fr, though that was using a Paris Zip Code.
You can check by going onto your listings, though you'd need to know where the buyers were location wise!
This line in your post 'Sellers outside the EU no longer sell directly to the French buyer from outside the EU.' suggests the customer was not in mainland France, so it could be your shipping templates for amazon.fr only cover mainland France?
