We use a Xerox ColourQube 8900, works fine but pretty expensive.

SImple answer, is the more expensive the printer, the better it copes.
I’m using an Officejet Pro. It goes through labels with ease, but it was more expensive than a bog standard printer.
A laser printer is probably your best bet if you can afford a decent one.

5 a day or 5000 a day ? What do you need?
If a good number then it has to be a Lazer/Toner printer, the higher the vol the better qual printer you need to avoid jams/issues etc.

have you tried rotating the orientation 180 degrees. That will mean you put the integrated paper in the other way around in the printer. This can often resolve the issue of the paper jamming as more often than not, the printer jams because the integrated label side goes through the roller first. On this side where the label is there is always a kink due to the difference in weight and thickness on that side. Try rotating 180 degrees and see.

We currently have the Xerox Phaser 4510, and use the integrated label invoice paper from Forms plus. We print anything from 1000 a week up to 6-7k when busy
