What is letter of authorization?

Can someone help me with that? I ve just created a seller account, and they asked me for letter of authorization ? I sent it, but it s still not ok… ‘‘we are unable to verify some of your primary contact information- invalid document’’

LOA’s only normally apply to brands that you’re trying to get ungated in. Are you sure that it’s a LOA that they’ve asked for?

I had to do a LOA when I first opened the account, before I’d even tried to list anything.

Was something like Littleshop posted above.

essentially I had to send a letter to myself giving myself permission to open an amazon account.

Then later I had to send a letter to myself, giving myself permission to sell the items I made on amazon…

Did this work for you? I had the same issue and couldn’t produce an LOA so they deactivated my account before I even started selling. Did you have to put it on a Word Document/PDF?
