You might need to post the reason for the violation and the current plan of action to get suggested improvements. Though at the end of the day, no one has a silver bullet that can allow the appeal to be approved.

I believe they like a POA in a 3 point format, at least they used to .

Am sure if you search the forum there will be some guidance. I did try searching Amazon, but there is nothing I can see in their guidelines.

If I recall, the 3 points are Details of Root Cause, Actions Taken, and Preventative Measures so doesn't happen again - or something along those lines (!).
