I want to pay to amazon 0.02£ to close my seller account, but the payment hasn't been through, after trying many times

I want to complete the payment to proceed to close the account, but the payment is not going through.

My last sell was more than 3 months ago, I’ve close the business in the UK, because I’m not longer selling… but I have a debt of £0.02 unfortunatelly, which I would like to pay but I can’t. Why Amazon is difficult?

please help!

I don’t think it’s actually possible to pay that much back to Amazon, as in all likelihood, the transaction itself, will cost them more to actually get the money from you.

But why close the account anyway, why not just leave it dormant, so if you change your mind at some point in the future, you can go back to it?
