Help with regards listing own brand in a new account

Has anyone experience this. I need some help with regards to a listing or adding products under my own brand (new amazon account here). I want to add my own product but it seems the seller partner customer service not helping at all, first having trouble with my bank, HSBC confirmed that they taken the £30 initial fee and the £1 amazon did not take it from the bank this is why sitting down in my pending since ocotber 5th. In my dashboard it seems acount health is healthy, no notification that I have problems. Then, I have been waiting for approval of what I have listed or add product from amazon they said 48 hours i have to wait since october 9th, it is now ocotber 20th and seems no approval until now.
I need some advice with this please? As calling SPS is like repetitive like a generic scripted words. I am sorry UK amazon market place is having trouble with regards to queries. There is another team that is uncontactable. we always get the sps from other country and cannot give you direct answer. All enquiries have to wait such 48-72 horus answer from team that is not contactable.
Amazon uk what is going on? we are having troubles here. We are customers too but there is no direct answers with every query here.
