Threaten by fraud buyer (Seller)

Hi,

I am the seller who has recently joined the Amazon UK but a buyer placed almost 90 orders on a single day and thereafter without getting the item he has started to put negative feedbacks.
When I escalated this case with performance team then have not received any supportive response even after that the avoid to respond to these cases.

Now, I feel helpless.

Have you listed any generic unbranded items from China against existing established ASINs of another sellers?

This is one of the most common mistakes which newly registered sellers on Amazon make and usually costs them their account - attaching their offers on top selling private label listings, hoping to make quick money with no effort.

If this is what’s happened it is a despicable way of removing another seller from a listing when normally a simple polite email will do the trick.
Especially if they can see it’s clearly an inexperienced and newly launched seller.

Hi,

You must have the order details of this buyer/seller if they were placed by the same person. Did you report a violation or did you manage to find out which seller this was who placed the orders? If you can correlate the two then you can push it with seller performance, the language on the feedback looks like it came from the same person, you should be able to show that this person has made multiple fake purchases, provide each order number to them and let them know these purchases are fraudulent with the sole purpose of damaging your seller performance and to close your account down.

You will need to name the seller responsible to the escalation team, if you received any emails from them asking you to remove your items from their pages or any other correspondence.
