The reason given is Trademark Misuse of the word "Jockey". Whilst Jockey may well be a trademarked BRAND NAME it is also a valid word listed in the dictionary. A "Jockey Wheel" is a correct term for this product and in no way claims to be affiliated with the Brand "Jockey", and any intelligent person could not confuse a supporting wheel for a caravan, with a pair of knickers!
The term "Jockey Wheel" can be reviewed on the Wikipedia page with the title "Jockey Wheel" where you can see the definition:
"a (frequently) retractable, smaller, height-adjustable wheel located on the front of a trailer or caravan for the low-speed manoeuvring or manual steering of said trailer-based unit when decoupled from the powered vehicle to which it was attached." describing this removed product

I had this when I had the word arsenal in my listing.. "I deal to add to your cleaning arsenal"
They were saying I was using the Arsenal F.C. trademark (Which is Arsenal F.C. not arsenal)
It took me a few phone calls before I got hold of someone who spoke English as their first language (I think they were based in Dublin?), who understood the problem and managed to get it corrected.
She explained that their AI scans and picks things up, and once it's flagged, it has to undergo a manual review. I took this to say the review isn't done by someone who speaks English as a first language, and no doubt has to review X amount of them an hour to hit targets.

It's frustrating; I had a similar experience with a word that isn't English but is used here... I have a variation called "Aloha" (it means hello/goodbye in Hawaiian) - I found out that this was a brand when my whole listing became branded under "Aloha".
Seller support did help me, but because of this, I can no longer edit my generic parent listing as it says "I was not the one who made it". I think the only way I can do this would be to delete the parent and re-list under the same ASIN... I'm very worried about doing this because I don't want to lose years of feedback.

Good Luck. I had a Haynes manual for a Volkswagen Jetta shut for trademark infringement ( Volkswagen ) . I explained to some one ( a human via email ) that it's hard to list a car manual without mention of the make - general tetchy exchange ending with me saying " do you know what a Haynes manual is?" and getting the answer "No but I know what Amazon's policies are".

Had Camper Vans removed for VANS (shoes) trademark infringement. Opened case and was told we need letter of authorisation from VANS to sell a Camper Vans calendar!
Sadly one of many stupid AI removals that each case is met with the 'letter of authorisation from Trademark owner' response

This was in the US market, but I recently had several products flagged for using the word "durable" because there is a brand name "Durable." I went back and forth quite a bit with Seller Support, mostly because the whole situation was ridiculous. In the end I had to pull out the thesaurus so as to not infringe on the word "durable." I think it might have been because I used the word at the beginning of a sentence, so I capitalized it. At this rate, the whole language will be considered trademarked by Amazon.
