Did not receive PRN number

Hi!

I made a shipping plan and choose UPS to pick up the inventory but the UPS did not contact us for pickup till yet and there is no PRN number showing

How can we contact them to arrange pickup?

LTL or SPD? If you're shipping SPD, you are responsible for getting the boxes to the carrier. For UPS call them and set up an account, then you can pay by the pickup, Smart Pickup, or Daily Pickup. 800-PICK-UPS.
