Shipping Box Oversized

Hi there,

Received a notification this morning that my shipping box (sent with UPS via Amazon to the fulfilment center) was to large.

"One or more boxes in your shipment exceeded Amazon’s maximum size requirements for employee safety and efficient receiving.

Weight (kg) Width (cm) Length (cm) Height (cm)
14.80 46.40 41.70 74.50

Weigh and measure your boxes before sending them to an Amazon fulfilment centre. Boxes containing multiple standard-size units cannot exceed 63.5 cm. Oversized units can only exceed this limit if the unit itself measures more than 63.5 cm in one or more dimensions. Oversized units that are found in excessively large boxes (more than 5 cm of padding per side) may still be subject to penalties."

Is this something new? Has anyone else received such a notification?
We send quite a few boxes all of them round this size, first time receiving something like this.

I sent 5 matching boxes in last week, 2 I got warned for the other 3 were fine. If you send on the old workflow it doesn’t say anything but the new one does restrict sizes. I’ve sent loads in and never been warned until these 2

Frustratingly my supplier sends to amazon in the same size boxes that I’m not allowed to send cos that’s the box size direct from china
