Question about AWD timelines and how to solve Lost products!

Hello

I have some shipments. Amazon AWD received all the Box of all shipments.

But when I create shipment and Amazon automatically create shipment from Amazon AWD to Amazon FBA network, there is some problems:

1. Amazon FBA do not receive the goods (Some shipments more than 30 days).

2. Amazon FBA received and closed the shipment with no unit received or received missing a lot.

I created some Case IDs, but Amazon still not solve.

How can I do now?
