KYC verification failed. 3 years old account and I cant update my residential address
I have received a request for proof of address, my account was successfully registered 3 years ago and now I am requiered to proove the same address that I had 3 year ago. I have changed the country of residence and when I try to update this info I get a troubleshoot, I contacted support many times and they dont do anythingn about it and my docs are keep being rejected, Please help to solve it asap!

Hi, we faced the same issue. Firslty, send them your correct document with a current residential address, they will verify it and tell you that your current address is wrong. This will permit you to chnage the address, like you are doing now.
