Brand Registry Issues

Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum,

I have a registered IPO, import products with my brand on and have verified my Trademark number.

I have tried to enroll my brand over the last few weeks but seem to be stuck with this issue.

Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,

We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason(s):

Your mark name contains words, symbols or letters that are unaccepted. As a reminder, trademarks cannot be “Generic”; they cannot contain a website domain and if the trademark status is pending, the mark cannot contain a registered trademark symbol.

Has anybody had any similar problems and how to fix this?

What’s your IPO trademark number?
That’s going to be the easiest way for anyone to try and see the potential issue.
(Note: It’s not confidential, the IPO records are publicly searchable)

if a brand does not sell on Amazon, can they still register their brand trademark in brand registry.

We were accepted for Brand Registry 6 years ago. As others thave said, I know it has to be a word mark, not a figurative, logo image.
