Customer claiming never received the product

One of our customers in CA market claims that she never received the product. She also saying that it happened three times with her orders.

We never sold three items to this customers.

we got proof pictures of delivery of the product at the porch of customer.

just because customer claims that it happened three times with her that is not from us, Amazon dropped our O

You may be interested in these details on the protections against 'Item Not Received' Claims offered by Amazon Buy Shipping.

If you are facing an A-to-Z Claim in need of an appeal, I would recommend reading through the guidance on this help page including the note on the proper method for attaching documents for investigator review. Should any specific support be needed on this order, if it is a .CA order, I would also recommend creating a new thread with the Order ID in the Canada section of our forums. This will allow the Community Management team there the ability to view the specifics along with you. You can do so by clicking on the flag dropdown in the top right of the forums view, and selecting the Canadian flag.
