Some sizes have different format in dropdown menu!!

This is really frustrating. We are the brand owner and the only seller of our listing but I can't make a simple change to enchance customer experience.

We offer 5 different sizes in one of our product listings, which are age ranges. First one is "0 6 Months". 90% of products in our listing has "0 6 Months Infant" as an option and a few of them has "0-6 Months". These are exactly the same but this difference confuses the customer and makes the dropdown menu look bad.

I've created cases about this. latest is Case: ID 15394122101

There are more than one ASIN's with this issue but I only gave 1 ASIN as an example in the case because I thought if I could fix that, I would fix others with the same solution...

We're Brand Registered with Amazon.

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your case and the ASIN's. In the ASIN listed in the case, you have the size listed as 0-6 Months where on the listings that you are showing correctly, the size in your listing is 6-12 Months Infant. For both of these ASIN's, the information is coming from your listing and nothing else is overriding what you have submitted, so by updating the listings to 6-12 Months Infant, this should correct your display issue.

I have five main sizes listed as follows:

  • 0-6 Months Infant
  • 6-12 Months Infant
  • 12-18 Months Infant
  • 18-24 Months Infant
  • 2-3 Years Toddler

However, a few products within the listing are displaying sizes as "0-6 Months" and "2-2.5 Years Toddler," which are incorrect. These should be changed to:

  • "0-6 Months" to "0-6 Months Infant"
  • "2-2.5 Years Toddler" to "2-3 Years Toddler"

The goal is to have only the five main sizes appear in the dropdown menu to avoid confusing customers. Despite editing the sizes in the product listings, the issue persists.

Customers might mistake "0-6 Months" for something different than "0-6 Months Infant," and "2-2.5 Years Toddler" is incorrect as it should be "2-3 Years Toddler."

Please assist me in resolving this issue.
