Is anyone else experiencing problems trying to get hold of DPD express packs when shipping via FBA?
We have an account with DPD but get told they can not give us anymore and to contact amazon to obtain express packs. Has anyone navigated this or successfully found someone at amazon to get them for use with FBA

Yes we have this problem. DPD do not send out expresspak bags for Amazon DPD account holders and do not take it into consideration, so we have to order them through our main DPD account. They will say to talk to Amazon but obviously talking to Amazon about this is not possible, they do not understand anything..
Ask for double the amount from your own DPD account. This is what we have to do. Its absolutely ridiculous and a major flaw in Amazon using DPD as shipping providers. Makes zero sense!
