Your account has been deactivated
On December 25, I received an email states that my seller account is deactivated due to the following reason:
"Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our "Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy":

I have uploaded my business license and electricity bill according the instruction below on the same day, and hoped to reactivated my account.
"How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:
-- A business license if applicable
-- A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service"
On Dec 29, I received the unfortunate news as follows:
"We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store."
The thing is that I have never engaged in any deceptive activities. I have invested thousands of dollars into setting up an Amazon seller account, only to get my account deactivated soon after my first order. I am desparate now.
Dear friends, what can I do to reactivate my account?
