Update Number of Items

Need help with trying to update my "Number of Items" via a file upload. Our products don't need a number of items attribute and most of our listings reflect that. I have tried multiple times to delete the number of items via a file upload but it is still showing amounts that are incorrect for our product. Any suggestions?

Hi there @Seller_f9WvzU6W0Chau,

There might be something wrong with the way you are submitting or data that is stuck and not clearing. In those instances I would recommend a delete and relist. Another issue may be that the product has had the incorrect information since creation, changing the number of items is a change that makes the product materially different and therefore requires a new ASIN. Regardless if you continue to have issues please reply with your most recent Seller Support Case and I can see what escalation options I can provide. Thank you for your understanding.
