For the last three days, I have been trying to contact Amazon Seller Support via both chat and phone, but every attempt has been met with the same message: "Support currently unavailable. No support agents available right now. Please try again later." This issue persists across both communication methods, leaving email as the only viable option for support.
Having to rely solely on email for support is incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with urgent matters that require immediate attention. The lack of real-time communication is causing significant delays and impacting my ability to resolve critical issues efficiently.
