Deactivated and cannot get re-activated
We were activated, brand registered, set up items, and shipped in product. Amazon randomly deactivated the account saying one element could not be verified (meanwhile they verified it fine when we set up the account and were active). We keep emailing, calling, and chatting and every chat ends in a customer service agent telling us it's an Amazon technical issue with the verification and it will be fixed. Nothing is ever fixed and we have been shut off for over a month now. We are a very large global brand that is sold in thousands of retailers and this is Amazon's loss to not help support us. The foreign customer service refuses to escalate our matter to the US team. Any ideas of how we can get supported or escalate to someone? Can someone from Amazon step in to help us?

Amazon's net sales revenue for 2023 was almost $576 billion .... I don't think it's "Amazon's loss." People will just buy a similar product from someone else.
That said ....
1. Post the Case ID here and try tagging a few mods
2. If you are in Brand Registry you should be talking to your support there on this
3. Technical issues take by far the longest to resolve. I've seen a year plus on them in the past
