Two-step verification?
For the last two days, I haven't had to sign on using the two-step verification process that has been in place for the past couple of months or so. The process is a minor annoyance, but nothing more. I'm just curious as to why I haven't had to use that process for the past 48 hours; before I would automatically be logged out about 3 times a day. Now, I just log on and I'm in and I stay in for the entire day. Anyone else?

Hi @Seller_O6YWkDReQ90FK
Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
From my personal experience, it happens to my account as well. It depends if you close out the tab/browser where the account is signed into. If you sign in from another browser or device OTP may be required again. If you clear your cache+cookies, that can also trigger it.
While its not an ideal situation we do want to make sure seller's account are always safe and secure. I am collecting feedback about the OTP experience and will surface it to leadership to see if are able to make tweaks that can help reduce the repetitive steps you have to take.
If you have any other suggestions please share them with me here and I will make a note of them to share with my team.
Thank you,
Connor
