Non Partnered Freight Shipping - A to Z Claim Abuse

We ship many items using a variety of freight carriers. Customers continue to abuse the A to Z claim process because, Amazon shows "item may be lost" on the customer account due to the non partnered carrier use.

Although Amazon allows sellers to use a carrier not integrated with Amazon, they do not protect us from the customer's claiming "not received." There must be a solution to this...
