IP Complaints
I have received 2 IP complaints and neither invoice or receipts are valid for use. Amazon have supplied the contact information of the 2 different people who have given me the IP complaints so I can try to ask them to retract the complaints. I am yet to hear back from either of the sellers and I am considering getting help from others such as appealguru. Would it be wise for me to have them help me try to appeal as I am unsure that once I become banned for a certain period of time it could become permanent or if there some sort of format or template I could use to try and appeal? These are repeat violations but it happened in such a short time I was not able to remove the listings and products

Before anything else, I suggest posting the ASINs the complaints were received for so forum users can take a look and better advise.
Are the people who are listed as the complainants also selling on the listings?
