Mine was rejected for KYC verification due to long company name. I have submitted different Chinese pinyin combinations several times, and even the hanyu pinyin letter combinations recommended to me by Amazon Seller Support customers are not getting through.
My full company name in Chinese pinyin is “jiaxingshinanhuquxinfengchenwenniyangmaoshantaokoujiagongdian”.
Seller Support suggested two pinyin alphabetical combinations “Jxsnhqxinfengchenwenniyangmaoshantaokoujiagongdian”.
“Jiaxingshinanhuquxinfengchenwenniyangmaoshantaokou”
I've tried all of these, including various combinations I've tried on my own, and it's been close to 10 attempts and I've been rejected every time. I don't know what to do anymore, my account is just about to go over the two month review period and I desperately need a solution to this problem. Please help me! Please!

We have experienced issues with the bank account, charge method and KYC verification processes on Amazon.
We currently have a 3 figure sum that has been held in reserve for over 2 months because Amazon have asked for confirmation of the company "re-activation date".
The company was not "re-activated" but was restored to the register, which is a public record.
We have confirmed the restoration application dates shown on the public record at Companies House, but keep being asked to confirm the "re-activation date".
We have now delivered a letter before action to the office of Amazon Payments UK in Liverpool Street in case Amazon continues to withhold our funds. We have also experienced issues with Amazon respecting intellectual property rights and with requesting their assistance with preventing grey imports, which are illegal in the UK.
I am starting to understand why some companies do not sell or allow their products to be sold on Amazon.
It also appears that there is potential for Amazon to retain funds they do not own, and it would be interesting to know how many accounts were suspended after 60 days without the funds being disbursed.
