Not receiving OTP
Just a post to let the mods know we cannot log into our seller central account due to it saying when prompted for an OTP ‘There was a problem. Please wait at least one minute before requesting an OTP’… one was never requested prior because it didn’t let you get one. We never got any. I’ve seen on the UK forums that this was an issue in July…
Can anyone help with this please. We have tried different browsers, cleared cache and cookies and even a different IP address with no solid resolution other than keep trying and you may be lucky at some point.

The OTP is not coming through to any of our 2 options. No box appears for us to enter a code in and an error message comes up stating

Please wait at least one minute before requesting another OTP.
We have been logged out for 5 hours but got back in to despatch the orders in time. So stressful.

The only way that any mods will see and respond to your post is by actually tagging them in to your post, as I am sure they do not read every thread that is posted.
