Bad review from unverified purchase ruining our ratings (buyer never bought our product)
A recent 1 star review from an 'unverified purchase' is ruining our ratings. FYI: An unverified purchase meaning this customer did not buy this product on Amazon.
Here are two facts:
1. The customer did not purchase our product (our products are ONLY available on Amazon, so that is impossible. And for the record, we have only been selling for a month so it also isn't possible to buy it somewhere second hand)
2. It is clear that this buyer is confusing us with another brand, Liewood, as they're saying "Liewood-Flaschen sind nichts weiter als teure Schickimickiprodukte". We are not Liewood and do not sell their products. We only sell our own brand, Blooom. Our bottles might look similar, but are definitely not the same.
How does a review about another brand - Liewood- that was not even purchased on Amazon gets to be published? Is there no moderation here?
Most importantly, how do we get this review removed? It was clearly not meant for us.
Surely there should be some moderation here? Don't even understand how you can leave a review without purchasing the product on Amazon. This should be a minimal requirement to leave a review, surely? Otherwise anyone (including competitors) could go around and trash other brands.
Thanks in advance.

@Ricardo_Amazonwas able to help another seller with a confused feedback left for another seller; perhaps they can help in this case.

In my oppinion this is even favorable for you, because anyone reading that understands that probably your bottles are looking similar but are cheaper. Don't hope that Amazon will remove this review. We all have to live with bad or untrue reviews, better ones will come if your product deserves it.

Unfortunately, this happens all the time.
I had a brand new item created by me, just listed and the next day, I got a 1-star review.
(Companies pay others to leave fake reviews and Amazon allows it). So Amazon reviews mean absolutely nothing.
Most reviews are fake. I checked out the reviewer's profile and saw that she was given many sellers a 1-star review, and the feedback on the item was copied and pasted. I reported this to Amazon, and it was a waste of my time.

AMAZON DOESN'T CARE. It has become a Scammer's/Hacker's Paradise

Hey @Seller_acDyWRPkKxpFf,
Thank you for sharing and bringing this matter to our attention.
I totally understand your frustration here. First, I would ask you to utilize the primary established paths to request for a product review to be removed such as:
The Report abuse link next to the review to report it or you can also send email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
If you have already done so, please share the case ID and I would gladly look into any type of escalation we might be able to assist you with.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Joey

One negative review is not going to hurt you.
Did you request Amazon to remove it?
If they did not did your appeal with all product review?
Where is the case number?
Mod can help but they do not have to.

Update: Thankfully, after clicking on 'report abuse', the review was deleted by Amazon. Definitely worth a try for everyone dealing with this same issue.
