Inactivation of markets in the USA and Canada
I am a new seller, I registered my store, presented all the required identification documents, bank and tax information, but I was informed by support that my account remains inactive for the US and Canada due to lack of documents, and they do not say which ones.
It is disappointing to create a store on Amazon and not have adequate support, in addition to paying the monthly fee of 40 dollars for the professional plan and not being able to use the service.

You should probably downgrade to an Individual Account until things are sorted out. This will at least stop the $39.99 charge. If you do so, you will likely have one more charge before Individual kicks in.
When sending documents to Amazon, send everything they ask for, and nothing they do not ask for. If the bot sees anything they are not looking for, it all gets rejected. And bots will not tell you why. Everything on your documents must match EXACTLY what you have as your account information. There are even stories that having Street on one, and St. on another can confuse those bots.
Try searching this forum for other threads. This is a very common situation. It can also depend in what format you are sending your information, etc. You can also try and find us at Sellers Ask Sellers where many knowledgable folks hang out who are willing to help and know more about it than I do. And talk more freely. :-)
Good luck.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here and see if we can get you some additional information. I had just posted this piece on how to register as a new seller that you can review.
They will not disclose which documents are being rejected, or for what reasons. Have you reached out to Seller Support yet? If so, feel free to drop you case # below and I'd be happy to take a further look there.
