Appreciate if anyone can help or a Mod look at this

On 5th March between 1pm and 5pm both the title and brand name changed, this is a listing we created in 2016 and we manufacture (not on our Brand Registry).

Product title changed to a direct German translation of the original and the brand name to something completely unrelated.

Contacted support, provided evidence that we manufacture the item with EAN etc however they just state the same standard answer " you must contact the brand owner for any changes" and also a link to the policy showing that you cannot change the brand name and that you must create a new ASIN.

Now obviously this is ridiculous as its been changed on the date and time above by somebody or something?

After approx 10 emails back and forth and emails to managing director etc the brand has been changed back again however the product title is still in German!

Any one had this before or any ideas?

Obviously customers cannot find the ASIN as its in German and doesnt show on rankings etc.

Seller support showing no common sense on this but tbh I didnt expect them too.
