Is there a way to not let Amazon charge me pick & pack fee?
They make a lot of referral fee off me every month which is understandable since it's their platform but pick & pack fee per item can be quite high. I am just trying to lower my cost

Yes, you would have to stop using FBA and start fulfilling your items yourself.
