Prime One Day Delivery

Hi Chaps,

We sell using FBA. I have noticed in search results, that some rival listings have ‘Prime Free One Day, Get it Tomorrow…’ below the listing, whereas we do not. Why is this, and how do we get Amazon to offer the one-day service? Thanks for your help

Okay, I got to the bottom of this with customer services (wonders will never cease lol). It turns out that one-day is offered if the items are stored close to your geographical location - if you’re further away from the warehouse, it’s two-day. Because our ASIN is stored in Swansea and we’re in Kent, it showed as two day.

Another day, another thing learned!
