What is the correct way to escalate a case?

I have FBA units that have been put on reserve due to an authenticity complaint. After everything was solved and and invoices approved, the units are still on reserve and nobody is being able to help. My case was transferred to many teams. They all agree my account is in perfect condition and there are no violations so I am lost here on how to escalate this to have the units removed from reserve.

Can anyone help here? Hoy can I escalate the case to remove these units from reserve and start selling again?
