IPI calculation error
Hello,
I noticed that the IPI on the company's account dropped by more than 10 points last week. However, this was not due to the deterioration of metrics. The IPI has been above 500 for the last couple of weeks, but now it has dropped to 491 points. Data for previous periods have also been recalculated. It looks as if Amazon changed the calculation logic and recalculated the data for the entire time, or just using incomplete data to calculate IPI Score
Customer Support simply recommends that we manage our inventory more efficiently. But the decline was not caused by poor performance. The indicator was simply recalculated, including for previous periods.
Could someone from Amazon Community Manager help you figure out what the problem is?
