Appeal for Application Rejection – Handmade Program
I'm truly disappointed.
I offer hand-embroidered products, where every step, from design to production, is done entirely by hand. I am confident that my products fully meet the program’s eligibility requirements.
However, my application for the Handmade program was rejected. I believe this decision was made in error. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Hi @Seller_6tQy1BjAov82U,
Based on the information provided in your post, I've looked through the help pages for relevant guidance.
The Handmade Clothing guidelines (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202175100) specifically address embroidery, stating that "If using an embroidery machine, it must be done in your home studio or workspace."
Additionally, the Handmade program eligibility page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201817090) specifies that it's for "Independent makers, working alone or preferably, with fewer than 20 friends, family members, or employees to create products."
While you mentioned that you "offer hand-embroidered products," your application might need to explicitly state that you personally create these items in your home studio/workspace. If you meet these requirements but didn't include this information in your application, highlighting these details in a new application could be helpful.
Also, I noticed that a Professional selling plan is required for the program. Do you currently have this?
For reference, you can find additional program details in the Amazon Handmade terms and conditions (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201817290).
If you're willing to share more details about your application and the rejection feedback you received, the community and I might be able to provide more specific guidance. It's helpful that you've included your case ID, as this will allow moderators to review your situation in detail.
Wishing you success with your application.
Kind regards, Michael

China mass produces "hand made" items produced in sweat shops by dozens, even hundreds or workers. Not considered hand made around here.
