You can improve the possibility of becoming Featured Offer eligible by achieving and maintaining a Late shipment rate under the target of 4%. .

The Late shipment rate is the number of seller-fulfilled orders with a shipment confirmation after the expected ship date divided by the number of seller-fulfilled orders for a given period of time. Remember to confirm the shipment of orders by the expected ship date so that customers can see the status of their shipped orders online. Have you lowered your rate back down to below 4% ?

If yes, feel free to file a new case with Seller Support and mention that you late shipment rate is below 4% now and would like your ASINs featured offer eligibility re-evaluated.
