Product Review Violation Removal Request

Hello Team,

A customer left a negative review as a result of having received a used item Amazon mistakenly mailed them. In my fulfillment settings I request that all returns be sent back to me in my settings. I am requesting removal as a result of the review not complying with the community rule of “Seller, order or shipping feedback,” discussing product condition and damage, as a result of the customer receiving a used and repackaged item.

I've already submitted a report, however I have not received a reply for over a week as is commonly the case with the communities team. Can you please escalate this case as it is severely impacting my business and is not my fault?

The review is: "I have not yet installed this one but the I received was clearly used, somewhat deformed and then repackaged. It was filthy and sticky on the inside from paddle glue."
