We used to have a dedicated FBA account manager at Amazon but she went AWOL (I assume she left Amazon) and we never got another FBA account manager assigned to us.
How do I go about requesting another?

Account managers dont exist as such - just sales people to get you signed up and started.

My understanding is you get assigned an account manager of sorts (one that is manager for hundreds of sellers), but they never inform you of this (we found out at an in person meeting at HQ). They have also never helped with any issue that we had - even account critical ones, simply no response via email.
