Issue with Cross-Border Partial Load Pallet Shipping for FBA Wrong Carrier UPSUK - Need Advice

Hello fellow sellers,

I'm encountering a technical issue with a cross-border partial load shipment for Amazon FBA, and I'm hoping to get some advice or hear about similar experiences from others in the community.

The Problem:

I have an FBA pallet shipment that is mistakenly set to be shipped with UPS UK. However, this shipment needs to be picked up in Germany by Kühne & Nagel. It appears to be a system error, and I'm unsure how to correct it.

I've tried creating several new FBA pallet shipments, but I am unable to select Amazon's preferred partner, Kühne & Nagel, for the pickup. This has been quite frustrating, and I'm looking for any guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Questions:

- Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with their shipments?

- If so, were you able to resolve it, and how did you go about it?

- Are there any specific contacts or support channels at Amazon that were particularly helpful in resolving this type of issue?

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,

Daniel
