Inbound Shipment & Future Supply Buyable

Hi,

My Freight forwarder confirmed that the shipment was delivered to Amazon Warehouse on 07/03.

The shipment status is Inbound with the mention: future supply buyable.

Does it mean the Amazon fulfillment center received the shipment but is still processing it?

or does it mean it was not delivered by the freight forwarder

Please help as Amazon won't investigate before August 25th and the freight forwarder says he delivered.
