Product Policy Compliance for Amazon handmade

Hello, I sell painting prints on my Amazon shop, and right now I have to manually add Product Policy Compliance to all my (2700+) items on Amazon. All the items are the same, they are all canvas prints, so I check the box ('Check “yes” if your product doesn’t have any warning and safety information, as it can be used safely and as intended without it.'). Now I must do this for the thousands of items in ALL European shops. Is there any way I can make this faster and in one click? Is there a way to add safety compliance for one particular item category?

Or will I have to waste hundreds of hours clicking the same thing repeatedly...?

Hello @Seller_Zv3wD64FKnQ2L ,

You should be able to add safety information in bulk following the procedure listed in the page Submitting manufacturer, Responsible Person, and warning and safety information at paragraph Submitting your information to Amazon :

To upload images in bulk, we recommend you use the Image Manager.

To upload product documents or safety attestations in bulk for each store, you may be able to use API or an inventory file template. To do so, follow the instructions on About product documents. Note that this requires you to save documents as a direct download link rather than a PDF. If you’re not familiar with these tools, or the template for your product type and store isn’t available, or you would prefer to upload a PDF copy of your document, follow the below instructions to provide the information separately for each listing.

The requirements can be resolved by other users listing the product. If this happens, the requirement will be moved to the "Archived" tab, and the status will be "No longer requested". However, if you see a request to provide information in the Open tab of the Product Policy Compliance page in Account Health, you must take action to avoid impact to your listings.

The same page at the bottom of the FAQ states:

I don’t have any of the document types in the dropdown menu. What should I do?

If you don’t have any of the document types that we accept under our GPSR policy, we recommend that you upload images instead.

I hope this helps!
