Case open since November/23
I began selling a product on Amazon in April last year. After 4 months, the products were suspended because Amazon requires the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for the category. I initiated a removal order for all units that were FBA. On November/23, I conducted the testing for the products and submitted all the documents to Amazon. The product has five color variations. 3 of them were accepted, while two remain under review. I have contacted Amazon several times and opened multiple cases, and yet, almost a year later, my products still have not been approved. I have a significant inventory in my warehouse and am unable to sell due to their mistake. What should I do?
